Sintered Carbon Block Technology

 Through a sophisticated material selection and process-molding innovation, AGplus Sintered Carbon Block Membrane have achieved an unique point-to-point binding mode of the carbon powder by the thermoplastic binder. It has overcome the drawbacks of binder's over-coverage to carbon powers in traditional carbon block technique. AGplus sintered carbon block have high effective ash content, developed pores and uniform structure. These technologies ensure low pressure drop, high throughput, high filtration efficiency and long life.

Carbon Material:highly uniform particles ensure stable filtration and adsorption performance; NSF certified quality

Porous Binder Material: using Celeanese Ultra High Polymer Polyethylene (HDPE) adhesive, bonded to the carbon particles at the joint; The binder has a porous structure, which does not deform when sintered at high temperature, does not block the porous structure of the carbon block ,and does not impede the flow of water; NSF certified quality, food grade materials, safe and reliable.
